# Spector Branding

> A brand agency for real estate projects. Spector Branding builds a project's brand identity — the name, the mark, the palette, the type, the voice — and arranges brand partnerships that put an established name on a building, a residence collection or a hospitality concept. A project becomes a brand. Spector Branding works with developers, owners and brands on two things: Brand Identity (naming, visual identity, brand guidelines, launch materials) and Brand Partnerships (matching a project to a brand, structuring the licensing deal, and carrying the brand through the building — arrival, amenities, interiors, activations). The public site shows a gallery of branded-residence studies across automotive, fashion, hospitality and technology brands; each is a design exploration, not a signed deal.
